Paragon is committed to the health and safety of our staff, contractors, visitors, property, the environment and the general public. One of the ways we demonstrate this commitment is through our robust health and safety program. We take pride in our staff and the strong safety culture they have created. It is through the safe actions and behaviours of our staff that we have been able to maintain low incident and injury rates.
Paragon is a proud holder of a Certificate of Recognition for safety excellence through the Alberta Association for Safety Partnerships (AASP). In addition, our company is registered in the WCB’s Partners in Injury Reduction (PIR) program and has received Best Safety Performer status for a number of years through the Occupational Health & Safety Council. Paragon is also qualified through several third party safety performance assessment services.
Paragons team of experts, technicians, GIS analysts, and administrative staff all work in tandem to provide scientifically sound information and recommendations that balance responsible land stewardship with resource use.
Paragon has been recognized for many years as soil specialists, and our expanded capacity in ecology enhances our reclamation experience. With the increased focus on data management and spatial analysis, we have a team of GIS analysts who play an integral role in planning our work, producing and managing high-quality spatial data and crafting maps and figures for deliverables.
